Job Responsibility:

• Sales Agent Duties and Responsibilities
• Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
• Contact potential customers through phone calls and emails
• Determine customer needs and offer product or service solutions and support
• Deliver customized, targeted sales strategies
• Close sales and lead customer through the purchasing process
• Meet all quotas for inside and outside sales
• Maintain a record of calls through our computerized system
• Create and maintain a database of prospective clients

Educational Qualification:

Undergraduate degree in communications or equivalent; Master’s degree a plus

Experience Requirement:

• 4+ years of sales experience preferred with a demonstrated successful sales record
• In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRMs experience
• Excellent communication skills

Additional Requirement:

Network marketing experience a plus

Job Responsibility:

• Liaising with outside printers regularly to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality;
• Developing graphics, concepts and layouts for illustrations, Foundation websites and logos;
• Managing Foundation’s suggestions from typesetting through to design and print;
• Working with the Foundation, briefing and advising it with regard to design style, format, print production and timescales;
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required;
• Determining size and arrangement of descriptive material and copy, and font style and size;
• Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief;
• Graphic designer will work mainly eight-to-five, but deadlines may require working additional hours.
• As part of the communication team and working closely with the Foundation’s Graphic Designer, the intern’s main responsibilities are to:
  • Contribute in the visual element of the Foundation’s communications policy;
  • Create layout;
  • Organize and develop images to translate ideas and messages using the graphic shapes used on all type of media while respecting the Foundation’s graphic charter;
  • Advertising projects (Brochures, Flyers, Posters, Packaging, Signs, Logos, Branding, etc.);
  • Publishing (Newsletter, On Policy Magazines, etc.);
  • Audiovisual or television production (documentaries, music videos, television programs, TV movies);
  • Website of the Foundation and Social Networks (Facebook, Tweeter, LinkedIn).

Educational Qualification:

• At least a BSc. or degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field

Experience Requirement:

• Informal or formal experience as a Graphics designer
• 4+ Years experience.
